Shipping information
All goods are sent out within 3 day, if an item is out of stock we will email you back with a confirmation of deliver.
Small items
All smaller items are sent using royal mail recorded delivery, this mean that there needs to be some one there to sign for it when it arrives, unless it will be taken back to your local post office, we often advise that you have it delivered to your place of work as there is usually someone to sign for items.
This protect you in that you know the item is sent safe and securely, it protect us in the way we know that the item has arrived.
Items in this category are such as pressure washers thermostats and pump seal kits up to some of the bypass valves.
Larger items
All larger items are sent using Fed Ex Next Day, these will agin need signing for so sending things to your work address may be easier than your home address if nobodies there.
Larger items include thing like coils and pumps.
Pressure washer deliveries
Many of our customers have special requirements on deliveries of pressure washer, such as they want installations, special equipment or the item locating in the cases of very large equipment, these are all done on a bespoke basis, please email or call to work this out
Returns policy
Sorry you are not satisfied.
Firstly email us and we will look at your problem and see which way we can solve it.
If you have just ordered something and its either not as you expected or wrong then simply post it back and we will give you a refund, please place a copy of the packing slip or a note of what happened and a phone number or email address.
If its more complicated that this please get in touch and we will do our best to solve it.
Export Orders
Due to previous fraud attempts we now request security clearance on some orders over £150 and all orders over £250.
This takes place on receipt of orders, your IP address is taken at point of order and confirmed against the address you give us, on site of use of proxy the order will be cancelled and any monies sent will be returned.
If IP security is found OK, a international sign for letter will be sent and on receipt of a confirmation of receipt a request will be made for shipping costs on receipt of this items will be sent.
This process can be speeded up by sending a passport and utility bill both in the name of the card holder, please email for further details...
