Printed circuit board or PCB like this give the pressure washer the ability to time out saving excessive ware on the main motor and pump, meaning that the seals and valve of the pressure washer will last longer.
When the user of the pressure washer releaes the trigger the pressure washer is sent in to bypass mode and a signal needs to be recieved by the PCB from something like and unloader valve or a pressure switch, when this signal is recieved the PCB counts down to a predetermined amount and then cuts the main motor out, on the trigger been pressure again the unloader valve or pressure switch send the reverse signal to the PCb and the presure washer restarts.
