High Pressure water Pumps for the use on pressure washers, pumps are avalible from interpump, cat pumps, annovi reverberi and other high pressure pump manufacturers.

The pressure washer pump is the integral part of the pressure washer, it has to be the right pressure to do the job (come will not damage paint on cars others will cut through brick and more) , the pressure washer pump has the be correctly jetted and have a unloader valve (circulates the water when gun is closed) on it so not to be damaged, a total stop system to turn off the pressure washer is always a good idea to give pumps a long life.

The plunger style high pressure pump has usually six one way valve, three on intake and three on the out and usually 3 pistons with the seals around the outside, if the pressure washer pressure goes down it is sometimes the valve and seals which need replacing rather than the whole pump. The valve cann easily be check by taking them out and checking they open properly and are not damaged or showing signs of wear, the seals usually need replacing when they look worn, this often happen when the pump has been left in bypass for a long time or been run dry. Once these have been replaced the pressure washer should come back up to pressure.
